Pat’s Turkey Supreme
Serves 50
12 Cups Cubed Turkey
9 Cups cooked Rice (I use Minute Rice)
Scant 1/2 Cup Dried Minced Onion
Large 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
4 1/2 Cups Chopped Celery
9 Cans Mushroom Soup (Undiluted)
Large 1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts
1/2 Can Pimentos
1 Quart plus 1/2 Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
Small package Potato Chips (Crushed for Topping)
Bake 2 Hours in Oven at 350 degrees.
If top starts to brown, cover with foil.
