Pat’s Turkey Supreme

Serves 50
12 Cups Cubed Turkey
9 Cups cooked Rice (I use Minute Rice)
Scant ½ Cup Dried Minced Onion
Large ½ Cup Lemon Juice
4½ Cups Chopped Celery
9 Cans Mushroom Soup (Undiluted)
Large ½ Cup Water Chestnuts
½ Can Pimentos
1 Quart plus ½ Cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise

Small package Potato Chips (Crushed for Topping)

Bake 2 Hours in Oven at 350 degrees.

If top starts to brown, cover with foil.
